| | Jonathon Ash asked us to do some work on Landau boat, and we ended
up with almost a complete restore. The old boat is in pretty rough shape looks
wise, but no visible damage or major repairs needed. The carpet is rotted, the
consol is laying in the boat, all the wires cut, no steering, and the 1960 40hp
Johnson just hanging on the back with no controls mounted or hooked up.
We will be replacing the old carpet, reinstalling the consol, installing
new anti feedback steering, running all new wiring, installing a aerator system
for the live well, installing a bilge pump, getting the old Johnson mounted and
running, painting the trailer, installing a Humminbird 525 graph, and installing
a trolling motor. I will be taking photos and dong a daily log of the progress
of the boat and posting them here.
